A substantial rehabilitation of a 20 story residential high rise building. Including an upgraded electrical service, full remodel of all of the apartment buildings and common areas. New Installation of a building generator and new 800A electric service for a new chiller.

Unusual Challenges (if any): 4 floors at a time are being remodeled and the residents occupy the other floors of the building. We have had to do some work in the occupied units to have the project progress on schedule.
