WHAT IS TAYLOR ELECTRIC CARES, NFP (TECares)
Taylor Electric Cares is a non-profit founded in 2021 by Taylor Electric Company family members, executives, and employees. TECares mission is to ensure the inclusion and success of minorities and women in the electrical construction industry.
Our focus is Recruitment and Retention; to introduce (recruit) women and minorities to join the electrical industry AND promote their success (retention) through education and mentorship.
