13,981 square feet of sales floor area and 3,492 square feet back of house. The store total is 17,473 square feet. The store was on the second floor of a 14 story building with 2 floors of underground parking followed by 2 floors of commercial space and 12 floors of residential apartments.

Unusual Challenges: The project had to be completed in a very short time frame to meet the customers opening date.
