Taylor Electric’s real differentiator for customers is our structure. To ensure continual accountability, the estimator for each project is also the project manager overseeing the entire life cycle of our contracted work. The project manager is responsible for supply chain management, staffing, and reporting, including real-time measurements of productivity at the jobsite. When site conditions necessitate, we have the mechanisms in place to make adaptations instantly.
